I decided to use up as much of my baking ingredients as I can while we have
a cool day or two. Already did a batch of brown sugar cookies. Have the
dough for cocoa and pecan cookies ready. Am going to get two batches of
whole wheat bread ready before bed. Will let them rest in the fridge.

After I get up, will do chocolate chip cookies with extra chips, a loaf of
white bread, some mini pizzas and perhaps another kind of cookies that use
whole wheat flour, or whole wheat cheese biscuits if I have enough flour
left.

I have those kind of pipe dreams before I go to bed at night. It
always seems that I have more time and energy to plan for then. I
hope your plans work out.

Fine so far except because it is so chilly it's taking the bread dough a
long time to warm up to rise. Was in the fridge all night. Hopefully the
white bread will be quicker. Was immersed in the pizza dough when I got some
kind of weird GERD/coughing fit and had to stop. Going to go back to it now.

Works although I don't make pizza dough ahead often.
