A bucket of fresh dog poo? I would have looked up a recipe.

Lately, I've just been buying chicken quarters when on sale.
When I do buy a whole chicken, I'll fill it with stuffing and
roast it whole. OR...I'll cut it in half down the middle...2
identical halves then freeze one half and roast the other.
Seasoning varies depending on what I have the urge for.

I cooked my beef to medium rare. You cooked yours to medium. As I recall, your meat was bright red. It's the magic of nitrates/nitrides. Yaay!

I used about .75 oz per pound of meat. My guess is that you could pump in more per pound if you're careful. You'll see the meat bulge as the fluid goes in. If you want to get familiar with your meat, you can rub the area while keeping the needle in to help it a little. I will withdraw the needle part ways and reinsert it at a different angle. In this way, you can reach more parts of the meat with a single hole. Just go slow while injecting to give the fluid some time to infuse.

Those fat ******* bbq guys like to jam that needle in and blast that juice in. They'll have juices shooting out of the hole. I like to use a bit more finesse and go nice and easy. I ought to know. I have to give myself daily injections and would hate to treat my meat the way those guy treat theirs.

I don't have wheat or dairy intolerances I have an egg intolerance. He's the
one avoiding wheat. I'm not really sure why but that's what he wants so
that's what he'll get!

No. I did not say that. I have no issues with wheat. I can't have egg and
shouldn't have sweets. The gardener has chosen to limit his intake of wheat.

Oh really Wayne? What positive comments have come forth from your typing
fingers of late? What I see here is a bunch of unhappy old codgers who have
nothing better to do than throw stones.

I just put in some fresh onion sets. Have all of my seeds ready. Shall check

No Julie. You post weird things here, and when people later comment on
the stories you have posted you deny that you had posted them. How many
examples do you need. Let's look at the case of your story about being
a writer. You denied that you were a writer and denied that you had
every said that you were. But then someone dug through the archives and
came up with old posts where you made that claim. Your response was that
you did not remember posting them.

You should learn that it is much easier to tell the truth because
multiple lies are hard to remember.

You are probably right about this. Bringing other people down is what nurtures them. All you're doing is whipping this place into a frenzy. You had better start feeding them soon lest they blow a gasket. We wouldn't want that to happen now, would we? Hee hee.

If we can Google, why can't she?
I found some egg-free, wheat-free pecan recipes, and some savory recipes
that use pecans.

pecan quesadillas, pecan crusted fish, pecan pestos, as a crust in
pies/tarts, maple-pecan pork chops, and on and on...

No. I believe it was Cheri that said I didn't make that claim. I write off
an on. At whatever point in my life that whatever you refer to occurred, I
wasn't actively writing anything except for here.

You have conveniently forgotten how I kept posting in Haiku after that until
Gary asked me to stop. You're just begging for it Dave. Here we go!

Dave the big fat liar
Sits in his chair, spewing hateful remarks
So very full of himself

And what of fair Megatron?
This of course, not her real name
But given in supposed love

And now I shall speak
Making a mention of his female relative
Referred to as fat niece

But what of picky eaters?
Heavens, no. Not at Dave's Canadian house.
For they are not welcome

Will his son soon appear?
Waiting hungrily for perhaps Easter dinner?
Perhaps ham, lamb or chicken

Dave, Wayne and the Janets
And a few who shall remain nameless
Might prefer a moderated newgroup

Perhaps I should stop now
Or... I could linger on, quite profusely
Where is Gary to intervene?
>
> You should learn that it is much easier to tell the truth because multiple
> lies are hard to remember.

Will you eat your words?
I know they will not be delicious
But insipid yet oddly bitter

You and the band of bullies are not going to run me off. You don't like my
posts? Perhaps you'd be better off elsewhere. Or just KF me. But no. You
guys seem to get off on this sort of stuff. Sickos. Yep.

You are probably right about this. Bringing other people down is what
nurtures them. All you're doing is whipping this place into a frenzy. You
had better start feeding them soon lest they blow a gasket. We wouldn't want
that to happen now, would we? Hee hee.

---

Well, Dave has been Haikued. If they keep it up, they all will be and then
Gary will have to smack me down again, but it will be soooooo worth it.

What did I make for dinner tonight? A one dish wonder. Casserole of ground
beef, green beans, onion, thinly sliced potatoes, salt, pepper, parsley,
sauce of cream of mushroom soup and milk and a nice topping of melted
Tillamook medium cheddar. Dog has his own little casserole with no onion. We
all like this dish. Easy and comforting to eat in cold weather.

Pinterest pins? You know those are not actual recipes. Right? And there
won't be any maple as I have no reason to buy maple syrup.

Wayne is possibly a psycho
He once spoke of harm to me
Involving some metal garden tool

Julie used to like Wayne
Now cowers with fright when reading posts
Bought padlock for garden tools

I cooked my beef to medium rare. You cooked yours to medium. As I recall,
your meat was bright red. It's the magic of nitrates/nitrides. Yaay!

I used about .75 oz per pound of meat. My guess is that you could pump in
more per pound if you're careful. You'll see the meat bulge as the fluid
goes in. If you want to get familiar with your meat, you can rub the area
while keeping the needle in to help it a little. I will withdraw the needle
part ways and reinsert it at a different angle. In this way, you can reach
more parts of the meat with a single hole. Just go slow while injecting to
give the fluid some time to infuse.

Those fat ******* bbq guys like to jam that needle in and blast that juice
in. They'll have juices shooting out of the hole. I like to use a bit more
finesse and go nice and easy. I ought to know. I have to give myself daily
injections and would hate to treat my meat the way those guy treat theirs.

Just what I needed. I can't remember, did you sous vide it?

Thanks very much, saved:)))

Sorry to hear about your health. I hope you are keeping it ok?
