Oh thanks,Cheri! (not)
I read this just this morning and it reminded me
of a traditional Christmas song.
"It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas..."
Now that song is stuck in my head and I've been
silently singing it all morning. Arrgghh.

;-D

Ps - oh well...it *is* almost Christmas so
at least the timing is right.

Oh, Cheei, I don't know if we can be beasties after all...your favorite movie ends
with the title character being drawn and quartered? {{{{shudder}}}}. History be
damned, I don't need to see it on the big screen....even if only implied.

Happy holidays! ;-))

Happy Holidays to you, N.! I loved 'Braveheart', too. While I don't
enjoy watching bloody battles, I also don't want something to be so
distorted from history as to have a Disney cartoon ending.

Braveheart was an entertaining film, but not at all historically accurate.

Mel Gibson did such a wonderful job of acting in that movie that even the
bloody scenes etc. were helped with the expressions of sorrow and resolve on
his face in so many of them.
