Occasionally, I see one of those health food "My daily
menu" articles. It will say "Lunch: lean chicken" Can anyone clue me to what this means? My guess is, skin removed. Other possibilities? Are there chickens bred especially to be low fat? Does this apply likewise to any fowl? -- Rich |
