Beyond reheating with some potatoes or sandwiches what are some ideas to use it up? TIA -- You know it's time to clean the refrigerator when something closes the door from the inside. |

Made thick, it works well on pizza for meaty sauce. If you do not have pizza dough and are looking for a more singlit type meal, split a hot dog bun and add that meat sauce, garlic poweder and some slivered cheese to it with maybe some minced onion and green pepper. I love to slice it and incorporate it into southern Italian tomato gravy, with
or without sliced sausage. It's also great glazed with barbecue sauce, garlic paste and chipotle. Orlando |

There is also a piquant tomato sauce that goes over meatloaf in Cuban pupleta.
