Chop into tomato sause and make a good batch of meat sauce or other
things like spagetti and so on. Made thick, it works well on pizza for
meaty sauce.

If you do not have pizza dough and are looking for a more singlit type
meal, split a hot dog bun and add that meat sauce, garlic poweder and
some slivered cheese to it with maybe some minced onion and green
pepper.
