There may not be many things where recipes and results vary as much as
meatloaf does. I have had some pretty bad meatloaf. I have also had
really good meatloaf. That puts me into a position to appreciate why
some people don't like it and it is one of the reasons that I suggest
they try it in restaurants. They don't usually put in on the menu unless
it is good.
