Hormel now has some precooked taco meat. Chicken and pork. Now if only I
could remember where I bought it. Maybe QFC? Smelled horrid to me and I
did not try it but daughter really liked it. Oddly enough it was dark meat
which she doesn't normally like. I've been eating a lot of taco salads
since I got those baking molds.

Now if I could just buy the right meat next time. Somehow I managed to buy
grass fed patties. The new Winco had a ton of people over in the meat
section and I stood there waiting for a while to get near it. I just looked
at the fat content. Did not see the part about patties. It's fine and it
worked. Just need to pay more attention next time.

I had better get my fill of salad before the weather turns cold here.
Produce prices are already going up on some things, like peppers.
