They have beef too. How bad could Tex Mex Spam be... I'll have to try
it... the two reviews gave it five stars. I think Walmart sells it.

Now's the time to fill your freezer with thick and hearty vegetable
soups... I bet you can use that Hormel taco meat as a base for a Tex
Mex soup... add canned diced tomatoes and whatever veggies you like,
peppers would work well... in fact I bet that taco meat would work
well in stuffed peppers, blended with a cheesey polenta... would
freeze well too.
