Default porketta seasoning

1/4 cup dried parsley
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon cracked fennel seeds
1/2 tablespoon thyme

Take it for a spin in a spice grinder (Coffee Grinder)
Store in a tight closing container (Mason Jar with Lid)
