Default Vanilla cream of mushroom soup.

I do not recommend this! I screwed up. Bought an 8 oz. box of soy milk to
make cream of mushroom soup for a tuna casserole. I actually screwed up
twice as after tasting it and realizing that it was lacking something, I
realized that I hadn't put the tuna in! That was easily remedied but...
There was no way to fix the fact that I had accidentally bought vanilla
flavored soy milk. Grrr... I knew right away once it hit the pan. I could
tell by the smell. I did add extra tuna, onions and parsley trying to make
it more savory. The end result was just okay. Would have been far better
without that vanilla. Worse still, I bought two more boxes! I have a large
box of plain but I didn't want to open it because the rest would go to
waste. I just didn't notice the "vanilla" on the label because where it was
placed was not even close to the "soy milk" part. I had to resort to going
online to get the plain small boxes. So either way there is likely to be
waste. Not sure what all else can be done with soy milk. I doubt that I
can use all 24 boxes before it goes bad.
