No one complained and the cats loved it... will be serving it again
tonight, and should be enough for tomorrow's dinner too. As I said
previously, the trick for a moist juicy roast is to pop it in the oven
half frozen.

I had no time for PCing today, had the tree removers here... they took
out a huge multi-trunked maple tree that became unsafe and two dead
trees that were too big for me to tackle alone.
