Tellicherry peppercorn from Costco. Good until 4/16. More than half used.
So it looks like it will be gone before it goes bad. |

Once again... peppercorns don't automatically "go bad" on some random date printed on the label. They will lose potency, but that's about it. If you store them (or most spices) in the refrigerator and they'll stay fresh longer. Jill |

I have no room in my fridge for stuff like that. |

Sounds good. I am temporarily consigned to shopping at Restaurant Depot. They dont have cool stuff like that. I can choose from Chefs Choice..in any configuration..but if you want the one you are looking for..you have to buy the big jug.

Now that my husband is home, I should go there again. Will be near there tomorrow so I might just take a look-see. |
