This was Thursday's lunch special. It was the dinner special Friday.
And hey, it's also the dinner special tonight! Grilled Halibut Served with local baby shrimp and tasso herb butter, white rice and medley of fresh vegetables Tapas 13.00 / Entrée 26.00 Someone bought a heck of a lot of halibut! The last restaurant where I worked, the chef often ran fish "specials" as a way to use up fish that hadn't sold in a few days. Any guesses what's going on here? And where the heck is my kaiser roll? ![]() Jill |

Let's hope they get their fish fresh off the boat... or maybe we should hope it's frozen since they haven't sold it all by now. -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |
