Default Does it count as exercise?

I'm sweating. I walked to the Family Dollar/Pic Pac (about 6 US blocks);
scored some mini Snickers, and 3 bananas and a tomato and some Am cheese. My
new favorite meal (for the cold weather) is couple scoops mashed potatoes--
with skins-- some hot salsa, diced mushroom, spinach (if on hand), half a
cut up veggie burger.

Walking to Family Dollar to get mini Snickers (achieved my goal) counts as
exercise, doesn't it? Btw, it was cold and there were some snow flurries...
I can't wait till March when it warms up and spring arrives!

I've been trying to stay a little hungry lately. Seems to be working.

And sugar makes me crazy...so I've been avoiding sugar.

When I was younger, I could do that... but it's gets harder with age. Used
to think when I was young (and hungry): "good, I'm losing weght" But now
think: "what's in the fridge?"

What is "VIA"? You've used it many times but never spelled it out. Many RFCers
haven't been here forever, you know.

I doubt that. BTW, I'm 100% George, head to toe. Your Cutesy Name Generator
needs an overhaul.

I was kidding. Do you really not know what via means? And George-head is
just another nym for Georgie-Porgie. And I'm only picking on you because
you always pick on me. I consider you my friend in argument. You're cool,
imo. :-D

I only know the word via. I don't know the acronym VIA. Are you blind? Do you
use an annunciator program when you use your computer?

Aha -- the "odd duck" copout.

You're not a bad person, especially considering you leave your brain in
neutral most of the time.
