![]() I braised a couple of turkey thighs in apple cider with some sliced apples. The solid apples dissolve and thicken the sauce. Very good, but too sweet. What kind of apples have the least sweetness? Or, how can you counter the sweetness? -- Reply in group, but if emailing add one more zero, and remove the last word. |
