Default Cookie cutter?

I found this at a little consignment shop yesterday. I think it's an
old fashioned cookie cutter.
The handle has to be a replacement, it doesn't seem to be as old as
the rest of it.
Like I need one more tchotchke. ;-)

I have a set of the same shapes, but individual, plus one that is the
GS trefoil shape. That's cool!'

How fun! It'd make quick work of cutting shortbreads...

Could be for butter, too.

No sense of scale in the photos. Maybe also be a cutter for bread for
canapes?

It's so you can roll it and cut cookies of different shapes - but it
wastes a lot of dough, IMO, and this particular one looks kind of
bent.

Cookies, Koko....actually, I've seen several recent new ones that are
much more efficient in using all the dough, using different shapes.

Thanks I thought so. I got it mainly for decoration, I like the old
timey look of it.

<shrug> It was hard to tell the size but it looked small enough to
be for pats of butter ("Parkay!")
