Anyone doing this too, when I make an espresso, after tamping down the grind

Anise is good with coffee too, as is cardamom. |

I think I qualify as a caffeine junky, usually three or so Lattes each moaning. I've tried all sorts of extra flavours in coffee, but invariably I find that I really do prefer my coffee to be unadulterated with extra flavours (besides cream and milk). That said, I do occasionally add a small dash of brandy or cognac. I've tried what you tried with some cacao powder, but I didnt think much of it. |
