Dried kelp, mushrooms, and shallots (or maybe scallions) for soup. It
almost looks like a bag of whole-leaf black tea. All the instructions are printed in Chinese. Is this just for making a broth, or do you boil it to make a soup and leave the stuff floating in it? Does it have to be soaked first? How long to cook it? (BTW, I still couldn't find any pork uterus, but I wasn't curious enough to ask for it) Thanks, Bob |
