I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Vietnamese restaurant in Bellevue, WA.

Pho is Vietnamese noodle soup. The correct pronunciation is something
like "fuh".

There used to be a coffee shop with a classics library department up
in Confer CO called "Cup and Chaucer."

Here in StL, we have a food court place called First Federal Frank and
Crust. It is a pizza place, and today's version is not so good.
Different from the original owners, who put their original location in a
closed bank. Their set-up put tables in the old safe, and you ordered
your food at the old bank tellers windows.

That is an interesting name. Houston had restaurants named Crapittos
and Fu Kim.

LOLOL

Becca

ObFood:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

(A great dip to serve during the Super Bowl)

1 tablespoon butter
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
8 oz. shredded chicken
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing

In an oven-proof skillet, saute the celery in butter. Add remaining
ingredients and mix well to combine. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and
serve warm with tortilla chips.

Note: If the cream cheese is room temp, it is easier to mix. After the
ingredients are mixed, taste and correct the seasonings.
