Default Deydrator for making jerky

Hello,

I'm looking for dehydrator recommendations, primarily for beef jerky but
also for fruits.

I used my daughter's dehydrator some time ago, but it runs too hot and
turned the meat into crispy critters in just a couple of hours. There was no
adjustment for heat or anything else.

Any advice appreciated!

Thanks,

Knox G.

"American Harvester" or "FD-50", by Nesco. It has an adjustable heat
setting, reasonably large trays, and the fan is not too loud.

Best regards,
Bob

Iv'e had the ronco for about 10 years. It's works just fine for
anything, and the beef jerky recipe is good too.

How much Healthy Choice ice cream can I eat before it's no longer a healthy choice?
