Default Eamond Seasoning

A recipe for Roasted Garlic Dip that I found looks interesting, but it
calls for 1 tbsp. of Eamond Seasoning. I have no clue what that is,
where it can be found, or even what could be used as a substitute.
Anybody know anything about this seasoning?

Here is the recipe: http://recipes.chef2chef.net/recipe-...1/A01462.shtml
