Thanks, Terry. I'm feeling a bit disenfranchised from the low-carb group
right now because of eating, let's say, a wider variety of food this
weekend than I have been. I'm reading both groups, but at this point, only
posting to RFC.

It's good to know that people remember me, much less miss me. It's a good
