Default Ratatouille (moved from Paris thread )

Main lesson I learnt was to cook everything separately and then mix and
reheat. Means using more pans but it does seem to make a big difference.

If you want a really non authentic twist then add some blackbean sauce
to the mix, that really lifts it.

PS And the OP was wrong about food in Belgium being better, it isn't but
it can be just as good.
