Default Food Never Served in the Town It's Named After

I know this stuff wouldn't be served within 700 miles of Austin.
Heck, we've never even heard of it.

What, no Rice-a-Roni on the menus in San Francisco?

Still Wondering was California-Style Pizza is? So are they.

Just another example of a food named after a town that would
disown it. Dozens of other examples...
