The website also said this:
"Hot Link: This Kielbasa-style, natural casing, all-pork sausage is
hardwood smoked with a touch of hot & spicy flavor from three kinds of
pepper – black, red and cayenne. It’s fully prepared, so just add your
signature sauce."

I guess that the unspecified "red" must be a "pepper" that is not
cayenne. Red peppercorns? Ripe jalapeno?
