A million different breads, different cheeses, different meats. Look at sub-shop menus then think "grilled" or "broiled". They pretty much all do it all. Look at the paninis; hot stuff for a while. Now they're sold frozen by the folks who make 'Hot Pockets'. I'm sorry, but I don't think your friends are going to make a go of grilled cheese sandwich place. It's simply not that unique. Jill |
