Default nice fish recipe

some sword fish and barra arrived today

4 to 6 fillets if Barra the word fish just cut into steaks

6 to 8 ripe tomatoes
2 to 4 cloves of decent garlic
handful of ground blanched almonds or wall nuts
cashews sort of ok but not recommended
hand full of chopped parsley with a bit of mint chopped in as well
salt & grind plenty of pepper
4 tblspn of good olive oil and more pepper with a bit of lemon or
lime juice
fair amount of spring onions chopped into fine /slim rings
4 limes or lemons cut up into wedges

put on tin foil or baking paper

heat up the oven or webber to about 200 c
wash & skin the tomatoes

chop into 1/2 or 1/4 s
whack into a blender along with some parsley some basil TINY bit
of mint
2 or 3 rings of purple onion then basil and hit the blender
until a fine puree

wash the fish then spread the above over all sides and put in
fridge for a few hours

The wrap in leaves or tin foil and cook on the BBQ or in oven 15 to
20 mins MAX

Garnish with rest of onion rings if folk like onion
but better with rest of parsley and rings of Capsicum and or green
Chilli and sliced lime

Also if have mango's sliced and add those FRESH
serve with salad and lemon wedges and fresh bread
