The grilled cheese sandwich
![]() Get some of that "New York Style" (heh) Texas garlic toast. It's already buttered and garlic'd (is that a word? LOL). Heat a skillet over medium heat and put a slice of American cheese (not that plastic "cheese food") and a slice of Swiss or Havarti or Gouda between two slices of the Texas toast. Cook until nicely browned on each side and the cheese is nicely melted. It's a nice twist on an old favourite ![]() Jill |
