Default Twist on an Old Standby

The grilled cheese sandwich

Get some of that "New York Style" (heh) Texas garlic toast. It's already
buttered and garlic'd (is that a word? LOL). Heat a skillet over medium
heat and put a slice of American cheese (not that plastic "cheese food") and
a slice of Swiss or Havarti or Gouda between two slices of the Texas toast.
Cook until nicely browned on each side and the cheese is nicely melted.
It's a nice twist on an old favourite

Jill
