Default Yesterday's dinner?

A regular (dick) size pork sausage, fried in it's own fat, went into a white
bread sandwich along with mayo, dijon mustard and a slice of fontina. Some
drops of hot pepper oil, too.
Lambrusco was running on the table, so that was my quaffer.
After that I was still hungry, so I took some pancetta (aged un-smoked
bacon), sliced it 1/6" thick and fried quickly in it's onw fat, adding a
whole egg just before removing from the fire. It all went into a storebougth
piadina with a strong dose of grated pecorino from sardinia, a seriously
yummy concoction.
Since I was still a bit hunghry, I had a whole platter of lettuce my uncle
grows in a spot out of town, with the usual dressing: EVO oil, red wine
vinegar, salt and some freshly ground black & white pepper.
By the end I had downed a whole bottle of lambrusco and felt awesome, not
too full but no more hungry.
And you?
