I see 20% for breakfast, 20% for snack

I will have it cold for breakfast, and cold for a snack -- occasionally.

I guess that makes it 40% for both.

Thanks Terry!

I only have cold pizza for breakfast cause there's only usually two or three
slices left. My fridge only fits a medium pizza 14" (??) box. So the slices
aren't very large.

I also re-garlic powder, oregano and red pepper flake it.

It's gout suicide though.

I used to eat cold pizza because zapping it ruined the crust and the
toaster oven took too long. Then I learned to reheat it on the
griddle or in a dry nonstick skillet. So now I eat hot pizza except
when hungover. Cold food is better on those mornings. -aem

I don't have it everytime it's left-overed. DH usually gets to it first.
;-))

Hoping you like oven-fresh pizza,

Yes, in fact I make it from scratch... but I can't eat it cold and I
must reheat it in the *oven* (never a microwave).

I make it from scratch, too.

I just read in the KingArthur's Catalog: Fastest homemade pizza ever:

Knead 5 minutes, rest 15 minutes, press out, let it rest 30 minutes (while
heating oven).

One could package that and make a fortune.

Cold pizza - yuck! I don't like anything
cold from the fridge. I have, on rare occasions,
eaten room temp pizza. Not my favorite thing to
do but was too lazy to go down to the kitchen
at work.

I do, however, actually prefer leftover pizza to
fresh pizza. I reheat in the oven and the crust gets
crispier, which I love.
