Default "Good Eats" cake lady

Does anyone happen to know the name of the actress who played the
"Cake Lady" on the Coconut Cake episode of "Good Eats"? (This ep
just played on Food TV Canada.)

ps: Making your own coconut milk is really silly if you have a good
Asian market nearby.

All the coconut milk I can buy is full of other junk besides coconut
