I don't get it. Trans-fats have nothing at all to do with flavor. They
increase shelf life is all. So how would a french fry cooked in something
like natural vegetable or corn oil taste worse than if cooked in some
trans-fat?

I will sample some and report back. I haven't been to a McDs in years so
this should be interesting.

Not sure, but I've heard people complaining about it.

I've not had french fries for months either. They are not a routine part
of my diet, and they don't agree with me. I have a sensitivity to
nightshade plants.
