Life is too short to go w/o noodles forever, IMO. But then, I don't
have any plans to compete, either. I may go keto for a while again,
though, just to see the abs. I'd like to see them at least once<G>

Agreed. I just don't get what's so Gawdawful horrible about eating
all your carbs from veggies and some select fruits. It's not like
bread is found whole, baked, and ready to go in the wild. A keto or
other low carb diet isn't for everyone but that doesn't make it evil,
either. Me, I'm miserable on a low protein diet-certainly not the
norm, but it's what pleases my body most. Should I eat less protein
because someone ELSE does poorly on it?
