Default Buckwheat Crepes

Someone gave me a couple of pounds of buckwheat flour, and I'm trying to
look for some recipes (both sweet and non sweet,) to fill them with.

A search in google produced a lot of variations of regular crepes, or
just how to make them.

TIA,

Richard

Do a search for Blini - that will yield several recipes using buckwheat
flour.

Or

This is a pancake recipe

1 c. buckwheat flour
1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 oz. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix well. Pour onto hot greased griddle. Yield: 6 to 8 (6 inch) cakes.
