I used to patronise a restaurant in Waterloo Ontario what did such a dish and it was delicious. I have never gotten the texture right at home. Apparently not a lot of westerners ordered it as the owner ,one night, grabbed a waitress, who from her accent was from Hong Kong, and dramatically pointed to me and my meal. Actually tofu is pretty good in a lot of dishes. John Kane, Kingston ON Canada |
