Default Thyme - too much. What to do with it?

I accidentally bought some thyme even though I wasn't out of it. It'll
take me two years to go through 2 ounces, unless you know of any
recipes that use a lot of that spice - preferably not ones that demand
expensive ingredients or a huge amount of beef or chicken. Help,
please?
