Congrats on the quitting smoking. It really does just keep getting
easier and easier, and it's probably the best gift you could ever give
yourself. I was at two and a half packs a day for about 11 years. I
quit cold turkey and haven't had *anything* to smoke since I quit on
new year's eve almost 3 years ago.

Thanks, Travis. This is my second quit, but this time I won't go back. I
smoked 1.5-2 packs a day for nearly 20 years. My dad has emphysema. I don't
want to be like him. Congrats on your great quit! And thanks for the kind
words.
