Default Do you overeat at buffets?

I have read that a lot of people do and I have witnessed it happen. Some
people say they just have to have the dessert if it is there. I don't get
that at all. I love buffets because I can get what I want/need and only
what I want/need. I guess I should say I love *some* buffets. Because I
certainly have seen some where I could not eat. I know I don't need dessert
so I don't even bother to look at it.
