I am watching a show on Food Network. I don't really like the hostess. I
can't remember her name. She has blonde spiky hair and she always talks about how she rolls this way or doesn't roll this way. She doesn't normally use black pepper. Anyway... She started with some green beans that appeared to be cooked crisply. She then topped this with a bed of shaved celery that she put in some ice water to curl and then she cooked it briefly. This was topped with halibut that is crusted in mashed potato flakes. The celery looks like noodles. Anyone ever tried this technique? |
