Default Some might find this OT

When I saw my diabetician a few months ago, he told me to increase my Vit D
from 800 to 2000 IU per day. A few days later, I came down with severe
diarrhea. I stopped taking the the extra Vit D, but the runs continued for
months! When I told my wife, she started making a tea for me, using
pomegranite rinds. Within 4 days, I was back to normal. Does anyone else
have any experience with pomegranite rind or leaf tea?
