Thanks, Ozgirl. I haven't been swimming in a creek in many decades and they
cook my chicken well. I see my diabetician on Thursday and when I tell him,
he'll probably order a stool test. I don't know the mechanism of the
pomegranite rinds/leaves, but they sure work! Yes. I'll try the Vit D
again.
