Default Instead of Bread Crumbs

Last night I was making a stuffed eggplant and cheese dish for a dairy
dinner main course and, of course, did not want to use the bread crumbs
called for. Usualy I just skiped them, but last night the filing was a
bit ssparase and wettish, so I crubled up 2 Wasa Crackersinto quite small,
but not really crumb size and put them in. It worked just fine and added
only one cracker to each serving. After a diiner of the eggpa=lant dish,
8 oz of gazpacho soup and a salad with mesclun, tomatoes, avocado, cukes
and a sprinkling of feta cheese with my home made vinegrete, an very
smallp portion(less thn 1/2 C of Edys Ice cream and 2 cheeries, at 1 1/2
hours my bgs were 96! I don't think that those Wasa crumbs did any harm!
