Default REC: maple-cinnamon country style ribs

Place 1 large onion (sliced) in the bottom of a crockpot and top with 2
pounds country style ribs.

Pour over the top a mixture of 1 TB maple syrup, 1 TB soy sauce, 2 TB
dried minced onion, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp garlic
powder and a dash of freshly ground black pepper.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Makes 3 servings at 14g carb, 52g protein and 782 calories each.
