Default Soy nuts may reduce blood pressure in postmenopausal women

Good article. I started using soy nuts a couple of weeks ago. I also use
tofu and the soy protein in veggie meats. We will see on my next labs how
it is helping. I am T2 and metabolic syndrome. I have also added flax seed
and wheat germ, and of course have been using "fresh" garlic daily, and my
blood pressure has come down about 20 points so far from before I started
using the garlic and other products.
