one more dinner and its done
Just need a one more simple dinner and menus are done.
The only reason I put the menu thing on the site is to show that a diabetic diet doesn't have to be scary - doesn't have to be that big dreaded "DIET" word at all... just decent food for a healthy lifestyle. My doctor left me thinking (after his 10 minute diagnosis and warning about sugar and potatoes) that I could hardly eat anything that would be fun or satisfying to eat - that was really depressing.
