Where can I find a news group about Hot Salsa? I like to try different
types from small obscure companies; any suggestions.

Don't know of a NG about salsa, but what I do for new salsas is visit
different grocery stores/supermarkets whenever I am out of town. I look
for the local brands and those I have not tasted to try to find something
different. Just last month I drove thru Louisiana and stopped at a small
store off the main interstate highway and found a local brew (Poche's) that
had a really mild flavor to it somewhat like Cholula but kinda sweet.

Happy salsa hunting,

Try making your own from fresh vegi's. Add peppers to taste. Always

If you go this route, search for "pico de gallo" which is the Mexican name
for a salsa made with tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, garlic,
and lime. Much better than any of that stuff in a jar.
