I have a Weber Genesis that's close to 15 years and looks it.
WSM is my primary cooker, but I do use the Genesis for side dishes. I haven't kept up with the new gas grill offerings. Ducane is out of business I heard. My friend has a very expensive Viking that he hates. What is the best grill out there now in the $1000-$1500 price range? (My wife likes the stainless steel look, but I just want something that can get very hot and doesn't flare up too much). Thanks 'Ron |
