Default Favourite Cuisine

One of my favouites in the cuisine department is something that is very
close to nature. Something that can be totally organic(as organic as
you can get anyway) and is very tasty. So what would this type of food
have to do with barbecue? Well for starters I find it to be alot
healthier than most smoked/barbecued meats or facsimlies thereof. It
is much tastier than conventional barbecue and can be prepared in a
variey of ways. But I like it plain and I like it raw. The aroma is
just stupendous and wonderful. What could this wonderful food be?
Spinach that's what. Raw beautiful green Spinach with stems attached.
I could just eat that stuff all day long. Some of the non-purists add
some kind of red wine vinegar dressing or God forbid blue cheese
dressing and even are so stupid as to add mushrooms. Give me a break.
Eat your Spinach; you'll stay young and strong and obtain really large
forearms so that you'll be able to fight bluto like bullies.
